Why we exist
Most operations teams we met started with WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets or a generic system that didn't fit their workflow. The result was always the same: lost requests, lack of visibility and arguments about who was supposed to do what.
Monitsal was born from a real case (a spa resort with 3 years of spreadsheets at a breaking point) and grew into a multi-tenant product that today runs in hospitality, healthcare and industry. Every feature is validated with real customers before shipping to the general product.

The stack
Monitsal runs on Supabase Pro (PostgreSQL + Realtime + Edge Functions) and deploys on Vercel. Each customer has an isolated instance with its own backend and domain. No shared database, no cross-tenant contamination.
